In 2018, The British Heart Foundation went through a total brand refresh, which culminated in a new set of identity guidelines. I was brought in to help implement these guidelines across their large digital eco system.

Given my experience with NHS campaigns, I was first tasked with revamping their campaign microsites. We used their Face A Fear fundraising campaign as a foundation to create a modular microsite template.

As part of this work, I focussed heavily on reducing friction within the signup process, conducting a significant amount of competitor analysis and creating and testing low-res wireframes before we build the forms template.

When that was complete, I was asked to contribute to the main website design system, specifically the forms elements, and was inspired by my time working alongside GDS to create accessible form elements which are still in use on the site today.
